Nike digital watch insert - Front and back view

This rugged digital watch can be easily inserted into any one of three wristbands. A secure fit is made by pushing the watch back through the wrist side of the band. The movement has an easy "TWO BUTTON" set function and even has instructions on the back of the watch.

This watch can be set by the following method.

Hold the lower button for three seconds. One of the numerals will start flashing.
Push the upper button to add one second minute or hour.
Push the lower button to move on to the next digit.
Hold the both buttons to put the watch back into normal mode.
