Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit Policy

 

At Walsh Brothers, all of our jewellery is carefully inspected before leaving our shop. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds.

 

Exchanges & Store Credit

  • We are happy to offer an exchange or store credit for eligible items.

  • Requests must be made within 7 or 14 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with proof of purchase.

Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Body jewellery (including piercings)

  • Earrings (unless faulty)

  • Any item that has been worn, altered, or damaged after purchase

Custom & Made-to-Order Jewellery

  • Custom-made or bespoke pieces are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or store credit unless deemed faulty.

Faulty Items

  • If an item is found to be faulty due to workmanship, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Faulty items will be assessed and, where appropriate, repaired, replaced, or issued with a store credit.

Store Credit

  • Store credit does not have an experation date.

  • Store credit is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Sale Items

  • Sale or discounted items are final sale unless faulty.
