At Walsh Brothers, all of our jewellery is carefully inspected before leaving our shop. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds.
We are happy to offer an exchange or store credit for eligible items.
Requests must be made within 7 or 14 days of purchase.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with proof of purchase.
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Body jewellery (including piercings)
Earrings (unless faulty)
Any item that has been worn, altered, or damaged after purchase
Custom-made or bespoke pieces are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or store credit unless deemed faulty.
If an item is found to be faulty due to workmanship, please contact us as soon as possible.
Faulty items will be assessed and, where appropriate, repaired, replaced, or issued with a store credit.
Store credit does not have an experation date.
Store credit is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Sale or discounted items are final sale unless faulty.
